: Mediation
Often times both parties wish to avoid litigation, but they need the guidance of an experienced attorney who will act as a "neutral" to assist the parties to reach solutions that are acceptable to both of them. Parties may not be forced into mediation as both parties must agree to this as an alternative to litigation. In litigation, the parties are often leaving the decision making authority to the courts. Mediation is different in that the decision making rests in the hands of the parties and therefore, mediation allows for a great deal of creativity which is often necessary in high asset cases. Mr. Ford has a high success rate with his mediation clients.
